• In case you choose to pay cash on delivery on order a value above EGP 10,000, a 30% deposit will be paid 
•  When you order products for places outside Cairo and Giza, a30% deposit will be paid
•  For products with modified specifications, a 50% deposit will be paid
• Some products that have to be lifted above the third floor require additional shipping costs, which are relative expenses that are determined according to the width of the ladder and the number of technicians required to lift the products. This amount is approved by housy customer service only and not with the shipping company technicians
